Texas A&M Men's Basketball
Texas A&M Men's Basketball practice facility is where hardwork is tradition. This 12,500 sq. ft. facility hosts not only a main court but two full sized practice courts with actual hardware. By this we mean heavy game-regulation mobile goals made by Spalding. Heavy, mobile, equipment is a problem over time; they began to crack the maple floor. Obviously, this was rendering the practice facility unsafe.
After ripping out the damaged flooring, QHF installed a more stable sub-floor from Connor Sports. Then our team racked / nailed thicker maple flooring to carry the burden of heavy, but necessary, practice equipment. Once sanded, the team stained and sealed the entire floor. The main basketball court is lightly stained in entirety, except for the 3-pt wings. The border features both maroon paint, and a black paint-buff that gives a striking charcoal look.
QHF finished the painting with the Aggie 'Maroon and White' and a block 'ATM' tying it all together at center court. It was an honor for QHF to complete this court for the fightin' Texas A&M Men's Basketball program.
